How to foil traffic cameras

IT people are really getting innovative when it comes to confer government systems. 🙂

One guy imagined to foil the traffic camera with license plate attacking a traffic camera through SQL injection technique:

What an inspiration to think innovative!

twirdie – Golf game on Twitter

twirdie has given a new way of enjoying tweeting Golf.

The site, in beta right now, allows you to input word(s) on its page, depending on in what proportion the word(s) are used in tweets in last 20 secs (yes, only last 20 seconds), the ball will move towards the post.

The swing your shot gets depends on only one thing: how many tweets are done with those word(s) in last 20 secs

I got a big score when input “office” when it was noon in US; at the same time got near to nothing for “tea“. 🙂

You may need to write some less tweeted word(s) when you are near to the post.

Enjoy twirdie and let me know your feedback!

Intermet users and authors

I personally feel to present data of my choice to the browsers on my website http://jwalant.soneji.googlepages.com, because I know that my intended visitors of the site are my friends. And they are not much internet surfoholic or not going to my site for any important thing. Yes but would like to deviate their intentions to my wish list, that why I have created those pages. So, in this case of personal websites the person doing so is the author. But when we see the suggestion box and users can put some suggestions then it goes directly to users wish. Yes but then the author chooses the items to put and then the list is filtered or altered by the author.

Now if we consider some biggies then take http://wikipedia.org as example, people go there and create/modify material, but the site navigation and the thoughts the wikipedia team would have put for creating the site is more important, and it does determine the interests of people. Like there you will find some links on the page your topic is saying related searches or also see this. These things are found of http://www.google.com also and they sometimes put you to a thing you never thought of searching for.
So here authors go up.

But, in case of http://msdn.microsoft.com, many times Microsoft carries a survey asking users about the relevance of content, how you came to this page or may be some internal statistics are checked to see the behavior of users on the page and how they move and according to that the designs of the site is changed. So here customers go up.
So it really depends on what you are putting on web pages and what kind of response you are getting, but on thing is sure that if there are only 10 page visitors a week then we can stand on the side of customers.
I would surely love to hear back from you.
